making process

Crushing Process

Both coconut and nut shells are thoroughly cleaned and crushed into fine particles using advanced crushing machinery. This ensures a uniform texture, preparing the material for the next stage.

Mixing Process

The crushed coconut and nut shell particles are mixed together in precise proportions. This blend combines the unique qualities of both materials, creating a balanced composition for superior performance.

Blending Process

A natural, chemical-free binder is added to the mixture. The blend is thoroughly kneaded to ensure uniformity, resulting in a strong, cohesive base for the briquettes.

Molding Process

The blended mixture is pressed into molds using high-pressure machines. Briquettes are crafted into various shapes like cubes or hexagons, suitable for BBQ and Shisha applications.

Drying Process

The molded briquettes are transferred to drying facilities, where they undergo either sun-drying or oven-drying. This process removes all moisture, ensuring the briquettes are lightweight, durable, and ready for use.
